We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Custom Made Items

Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because these items are tailored specifically to your measurements, we cannot restock or resell them. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before submitting your order.

How to Return

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship to the address provided by our support team.
